At ZIM, I was chief of staff of global operations as well as the global intermodal manager. As such I took instrumental role in the improvement of ZIM’s vessel-terminal and marine-intermodal interfaces, and was responsible for enhancing digital capabilities, optimizing key operational processes, and developing business continuity programs.
